Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct delivery details:

  • Nearby Landmark (for easy identification)

📮 PO Box Deliveries

  • Delivery to PO Box addresses is possible if accurate details are provided
  • Customers must ensure correct PO Box number and related information

🔁 Address Issues & Reshipment

  • If the address is untraceable or incorrect, the package may be returned to our logistics center
  • Customers will be notified in such cases
  • Reshipment will only be processed after receiving correct address details
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

  • Medgial is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Customers should check local regulations before placing orders

📦 Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Untraceable location

Then:

  • The package may be returned to us
  • Customer will be notified
  • Reshipping will be done after confirmation (charges may apply)
